Would you like a room on the upper floor, on the ground floor, or one that’s near the elevator or the pool? With Holiday Villages ‘Select Your Room’ service, you now have the option to choose your ideal room location at participating hotels even before you arrive starting from €10 per night per room (approx. £9 per night, billed in euros or the local currency). Using this exclusive service, you can secure the room that best suits you and your preferences with just a few clicks as long as there is availability.

How does it work?

If you’d like to use Select Your Room, simply find your Holiday Villages booking and use the interactive map to browse and choose the room you prefer in the room category you booked. Once you submit your request, we’ll do everything we can to make your wish come true. The actual room allocation takes place upon arrival, and you can conveniently pay for the ‘Select Your Room’ service on site at hotel reception.

As part of the Holiday Villages collection, this resort is perfect for families. The pool area features an aquapark, and there’s a wide range of activities available. You can enjoy fencing, zorbing, cocktail making, aerial high ropes courses, and non-stop entertainment.

FAQ – About Select Your Room

The ‘Select Your Room’ service allows you to reserve your exact room location and room number (subject to availability). You can filter the rooms by certain criteria to select the building, floor and popular features such as pool proximity, whether the room receives morning or evening sun and much more on the interactive map. Unlike other non-binding requests, selecting your room guarantees your room allocation. In some cases, the hotel resort may not be able to provide the selected room due to internal operating procedures, e.g. repairs. In this case, an equivalent replacement room will be allocated without charge. However, we cannot accept the realization of your desired room as a prerequisite for a firm booking of your hotel stay.

You can use the ‘Select Your Room’ service for up to 4 rooms. However, please note that this option only applies to all the rooms associated with the reservation number.
Usually, Select Your Room is available directly after booking (with about 90 seconds delay) and up to 7 days before arrival.
To use the ‘Select Your Room’ service, you will need your arrival date, hotel name, reservation number from the tour operator or the Holiday Villages booking number and the name of the main traveler indicated on the booking. You will also need to enter your email address so that a reservation confirmation can be sent to you.
Select Your Room costs from €10 to €20 per night per room depending on the hotel. Outside the Euro zone, the respective value is calculated in local currency. Due to currency fluctuations, the price in Euro may be higher or lower.
Payment for the ‘Select Your Room’ service is made on site at the hotel. The hotel reception usually accepts TUI Card/VISA, MasterCard, EC Card/Maestro and cash. At the moment, no deposit is needed when making a Select Your Room reservation.
The booking details must be sent to the hotel by the tour operator. The reservation number included in the booking details must match the reservation number listed on your travel confirmation.
The booking is made electronically. The hotel therefore does not request a reservation confirmation or a voucher. To ensure that you have all the information you need at your disposal, we will send you an email confirmation of the room you have booked. If you have not received an email confirmation of your booking, please contact your hotel (you will find the contact details on the respective hotel page under “Contact & address”). In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room booking. In this case, no charge will be made.
Please note that your selected room is usually available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 12 noon* on the day of departure. If you would like to book a late check-out, please contact us on site..

* The check-out time may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to your travel documents for the exact time.

If you wish to cancel your Select Your Room reservation, please contact the hotel directly. You can find their contact information on the email confirmation of the Select Your Room reservation as well as on the respective hotel page under “Contact & Address”.

The following deadlines and fees apply in the case of a cancellation:

  • up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • from 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

Subject to room availability, it is possible to change rooms upon arriving at the hotel. However, no refund will be given.

If you cancel your booking or the trip is cancelled by the tour operator, your Select Your Room reservation will be automatically deleted. You do not have to actively cancel it in this case.

Possibility 1: It may take up to 3 days after booking for the system to detect your booking number. Please try again later.

Possibility 2: Please check your travel documents to confirm your data is correct. The form requires the name of the hotel you booked, the date of arrival at the hotel, the reservation number and surname of the main traveler indicated on the booking (it must be spelled the same as on the travel confirmation email).

If your booking still cannot be not found after considering the possibilities listed above, please contact the hotel directly (you can find the contact details on the respective hotel page under “Contact & Address”).

Unfortunately, it’s already too late. To use Select Your Room, there must be two days between the room booking and the day of arrival.

Possibility 1: You have booked an economy room or a roomhopper. Unfortunately, these types of offers do not allow you to use Select Your Room.

Possibility 2: You have booked a family room consisting of 2 double rooms – for technical reasons, this room type is unfortunately not available to select. Please contact the hotel (you will find the contact details on the respective hotel page under “Contact & address”).

Possibility 3: There are no rooms available in your room category on the selected floor. Please choose another floor. You can only select a room of your choice in the room category you have booked.

Possibility 4: There are no rooms available in your room category according to the selected options. Please change the selection criteria.

Please check the spam folder of your email account first. We also recommend you check whether you have entered your email address correctly into the booking field. If you have not received an email, your Select Your Room booking may not have gone through. Please contact the hotel you have booked with directly (you will find the contact details on the respective hotel page under “Contact & address”).
Select Your Room is not compatible with Internet Explorer at the moment. Problems may also occur on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Therefore, please first use the Safari, Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers via your desktop PC.
